Headlights, tail lights, wheels, towing equipment.

Evening everyone. Writing today because I bought some aftermarket tail lights that were advertised as compatible and "plug and play" with my '14 Tundra. Upon receiving, I found they were not plug and play. I need a wiring adapter. Question is, can anyone tell me what kind of adapter I need? Pictures attached for assistance.
