Went to PA over the weekend for a T4R Experience event, check them out on FB. Their thing is as we trail we stop to pick up trash and clean the trails up along the way...pretty cool.

My old stomping grounds. I knew it when i saw the first picture, parking lot behind Home Depot? Man do I miss all of that.

I covered thousands of miles of trails in coal country on MX bikes and dual-sports. Trveorton, Shamokin, Mt,Carmel, Centralia, St.Clair, Minersville, Tower City... We still find new trails each time we ride. I make the trek up there twice a year specifically to ride.

The RAC pass is a great deal and opens up a lot of property to you. Minersville still being my favorite area. Many of the other areas that I listed are now broken up into many different clubs, user groups, and owners. I was just up there in July for 2 weeks. We were surprised by the amount of barricades, gates, signs, and fences that we hadn't even seen 1 year prior. You can't go wrong with the Coal Hill area of Trevorton either, just go there mid-week or off season, otherwise it gets really busy.

Really cool to see this. The off-road clubs had a lot of runs up there when I lived there. I could just never pry myself off of the bike.

    EDIT:
Coal dust/mud is some of the nastiest, most abrasive, destructive materials that I've ever come across. It is extremely fine and stays suspended in the water. It will find it's way into every crack, crevice, bearing, you name it. We took a lot of precautions on the bikes to prevent the coal dust/mud from finding a home.

Thanks, this is the only form of social media I partake in and I’m new to this. I looked into the group seems like they do good things.
