    What are MAF symptoms?

You mention the voltage, but it's the resistance measurement at the MAF that's probably important. @BubbaW shared this FSM test procedure in a previous thread, note your resistance values vary with ambient outdoor temperature:

Keep in mind the resistance check is related to the IAT(intake air temp) thermistor inside the MAF Meter....step 2a above.
The Mass Air Flow reading check is in voltage not resistance....step 2b above.
That's why a Scan tool that displays live data is important to have with our sensor laden engines.

My Tundra is a Southern Tundra and still in the south . So no rust problems .2013 base Tacoma steel wheels on it . Original alloy 5 star wheels badly corroded from original owner not washing the truck .

What are the symptoms of a headache? I THINK I might have one. Should I take a whole bottle of Advil?

The FSM did not use lbs/min for MAF, it uses gm/sec and .01 lbs/min is approx .07, well within the range to have a CEL(check engine light).

You need to scan it for codes or take it somewhere to check codes. Your CEL has issues if it's not on. You need to be able to read what the live data says for mass air flow or you be investigating for a hell of a long time.
