Does anyone know if the tow/haul switch is an 'on/off", Double or Momentary series switch?
I want to replace it with a custom switch. Thanks in advance for the feedback.

It latches so its not a momentary. I don't think it will matter as either of the other switches could work.

If it latches, how does it turn off when you turn the truck off. Has to be momentary to activate a circuit

Check the build link in my signature.
Mine is not latching (MY 2021)
Just tested it yesterday - it is momentary.

It appears it is just registering the momentary closing of the circuit to ground for the ECM to switch states. And whenever the truck is turned off, the state resets back to “off”

Thanks guys, I will try a 'momentary' and see if it works.
