Is anyone running switch backs? I tried to search but didn’t see anything.
I have a 2015 that I did the 2019 swap on with iHacker harness. I did the always bright because I didn’t want to depin anything. The turn signal/running light is the amber/orange. I am thinking the switch backs is the best option to turn the light white all time?

You're in luck. Just finished the exact same thing on my 2015 Platinum last night. That open middle pin on the ihacker 3 pin harness that is connecting to the turn signal is where you want to add a new pin that connects to both the purple and the red wires on the ihacker harness. That is if you want them always white except when the turn signal is activated, which I did.

I just slid up the protective wire sheathing on the harness and tapped into the purple and red with a Y connection to the middle pin I was talking about.

If you freak out because it's not working, make sure your parking break is off.;)

So you tapped the wire and did not add a pin?

Added a middle pin to the ihacker harness that connects to the turn signal.

The power comes from 2 places if you are always wanting the light to stay on. Purple and red wire.
