Thinking about getting a swing case. Has anyone installed one in a Doublecab with 6-1/2 ft bed? If so, photos please. TIA

No problem. If you have any questions about them in particular I'd be happy to answer them. Just to give you some "unsolicited" info, I've had them on my truck for a couple of months now, and have enjoyed using them as extra storage space. I have a roll up tonneau cover so I can't confirm water-proofness, but I'm sure that unless I used a pressure washer and aimed up at the "lip" of the lid, they would remain water tight in a conventional rain storm.

As I primarily use my truck to haul dirt bike(s) to and from staging areas, I use them for dirt bike related items... the one on the left is for tools, and the one on the right is for straps/fork braces/etc. I've found that loading two dirt bikes in perpendicular to the bulk head unfortunately has the foot pegs digging into the swing cases, which is a bummer because that is the one thing I was hoping wouldn't happen. There is no ability to use an AMP bed extender with these either, as the swing case mounts are right in the way of where the bed extender mount would either bolt or drill.

That being said, it's possible to still load two dirt bikes in the "standard" bed (6.5) of a Tundra, and in fact, you can even do it with the tail gate closed... the only issue is you have to remove the second (passenger) swing case while you do this. My technique for loading works decently, I'll have to grab a photo of it, but basically I tie in two bikes parallel to each other (but angled like the bike is in my avatar).

I have one in my DC and I love it. Been in there about a year and holds all of my extraction gear, straps, chain snatch block, winch remote etc...Dont have a picture of it that I can find but it works great for me.
