I’ve had my Icon setup for a few months now and I’ve noticed more and more noise. I rechecked all the bolts after 500 miles and everything for the most part was still tight. I regeased the uniballs and the noise went away, but now it’s back. It’s mostly when I pull out of the driveway first thing in the morning and then the first couple speed bumps on our street. After that, I can’t hear it. I’m not sure how often I should be greasing the uniballs, but I’ve done it about four times now. Seems a little excessive to me? Is it the quality of the arms? Or the uniballs?

what is the noise?, might help folks help you isolate. Lots of different noises possible in front end, squeaks, clanks, grinds, bangs...you get the idea.

If greasing the upper A arm ball joint eliminates the noise, grease it.
Mine started doing it at 15,000 miles on the Readylift version. They see a lot of stress with lifts. Require more service.
I put caps on the exposed grease zerts as mine froze up internally by the time I serviced them. Had to remove, free up and clean them. Work great now.

    Uniballs are high-maintenance.
