After having a HP tune installed on my truck, now the cruise control is surging. Any help on which limit was increased to much to cause this? Any help is appreciated

Did you install the tune? Dyno tune?

I would be looking at all your tables find out what parameter is giving you the surging. There are some HPTuner forums out there that might help as well.
