    2017 Tundra TRDPRO
    Hello Everyone,
I own a 2017 Tundra TRDPRO. I know that magnuson was contracted by toyota to build a supercharger until 2015. I recent purchased a TRD supercharger that was on a 2014-15 model on ebay. The product came incomplete without intercooler and fuel pump. I was curious if I am able to put the 2015 supercharger on my 2017 Tundra? I checked out the magnuson website and their new superchargers fits models from 2006-17. So I'm assuming that it should still be a direct fit. Also since my truck is a 2017 and the TRD Supercharger needs an ECU flash to work properly. Can I flash my ECU or should I go with a Bully Dog tuner. If anyone can answer these questions for me it would be greatly appreciated.... Thanks for your input on this matter....

Get the magnuson fit kit, which is everything BUT the supercharger. It will come with the bullydog tuner, heat exchanger, injectors, fuel pump etc. Toyota will not flash your ECU as they don't have a flash for anything newer then 2015.
You will have to modify the coolant hoses as the TRD and Magnuson are different (or buy a magnuson top plate ). You will also have to 'custom mount' the magnuson supplied coolant reservoir as they have it mounted to the supercharger and trd has it mounted near the radiator

I think the last year for the TRD flash was 2015. You’d have to get an aftermarket tune.

If you have a flex fuel Tundra, I don't think that you can use the none FFV TRD supercharger on it. Whenever I were shopping around for superchargers for my 17, I saw several TRDs on eBay and other online sources, but, my truck is the FFV and all of those were none FFV. I even went, as far as, reaching out to both Toyota and Magnuson to see if there were additional parts and tunes that I could use to make the none FFV work. But, the overwhelming response is to get a straight FFV Magnuson supercharger. Good luck.
