With 7K for the magnussen kit and labor should be in the 1000-1500 range. Depending on where you live, Whipple is releasing a blower for these things too. I dont know much about it except the price will be close to the same and supposedly will make more power. I dont know if it will be CARB certified either. My supercharger is one of the best things ive done

Is there anyone in the Houston area that will do a good job installing a supercharger in my 2020.

    Thanks all,
I contacted Prospeed since they are only 30mins away. Now just need to decide Harrop or Magnuson. I’ve read most of the comments in the different chats on here. Sounds like Harrop will allow for future growth, while the Magnuson is limited.

Your engine is more limited than either of the superchargers are. With that said I would go with the Harrop, it seems to be better designed (granted they no doubt took a Magnuson and looked where to improve it).

Harrop seems like the best choice. I would like to keep it reliable but having some extra power. If I could get the horsepower and torque from the Harrop Stage 2 system, I would be happy.

    Too many, but not enough....
I am local to magnuson and they quoted me 1500 bucks for complete install and tune. Not bad. Should be right around 10k out the door for everything. So damn tempting, especially with the 5.29s I am going to get next month.

I was thinking it was going to cost around $10k. Its crazy to think I am entertaining this but it sounds like so much fun and live my Tundra!
what size tires are you running? Not sure if I am going to regear yet with 35’s since 75% of my driving is highway.

Currently I am running stock size 32s in 275/65r18, which I plan to keep until I get the new gears, do the break in and first oil change and just get a good feel for the new dynamics of the truck compared to the 4.30s. Then from there I am likely going to upsize to 33's for now, 275/70. I was going to do 35s as well but decided I can save alot on UCA, BMC, tire cost, rims and general wear and tear and maybe put that money for the supercharger.

I am including about 1000 bucks in tax as well. Figure the 7k for the system itself with tax should run close to 8k, plus the 1500 for install should put it around 9.5k but I just say 10k to be safe.

I have alot of weight on the truck with full skid plates, some gear in the back, new steel bumper and winch, plus I usually do trail runs with a full cab so it should work out well.

I am trying not to get too excited as doing this is/was not in my budget or plans, but since I saw that it became available for 2021 now, its really pushing to the top of my list. Now the wife is the biggest hurdle.......
