Anytime I pull back the cover to expose the sunroof, I get horrible rattling noises over any kind of bump. Stupidly annoying! Pretty sure it's coming from the plastic/rubber linings on the same side that are supposed to prevent wind noise.

    What's the fix?!?!

Sorry don't have a sunroof so no first hand experience. I saw in another thread there was a problem with wind deflector but yours involving the shade only when open couldn't be that.

Did you mod your exhaust? Engine note sounds really good.

just got done with installing a supercharger. And the exhaust is currently stock, but dumped under the truck instead of side exit. Stock tailpipe wouldn't fit after I lowered truck

No idea what the fix is, but something is definitely wrong. Mine is completely silent.

I'd be going back to wherever you bought it and telling them to fix it since you're still in warranty!

Just thinking out loud - have you tried pressing the sun shade against the roof when there is a rattle and see if it stops? Can you do this when it's in the open position? Are you certain it's the shade rattling or some other part (maybe the rail it slides on?)

I have this issue and I’ve definitely determined it’s the Rail that the sunroof slides on that is rattling against the glass, mainly on bumpy road/dirt roads. What would be the solution for this?

My Rav4 had this problem. I replaced the seal per "The Car Care Nut's" recommendation and it solved the problem. Not sure if your Tundra might be experiencing the same issue. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ey4ZN-qNIBs
