Tried to search first but couldn't find an answer. Has anyone tried to install spacers without completely removing the front strut assembly? Possibly lifting the truck by the frame, allowing the suspension to unload, then compress the springs (manually with a compressor) to allow dropping the assembly just enough to install the spacers? Figured I'd ask if anyone has tried any other options so that an alignment can be saved by not messing with balljoints/control arms/etc..

You will need to loosen the LCA eccentrics at a minimum so that it drops down enough to get the spacer on top. That point it’s not much harder to just loosen the lower knuckle and take the whole assembly out and install the spacers. You don’t have to mess with any ball joints.

Here is the instructions for TRD pro coil over installation. There are plenty of shortcuts to be had but this is the long version. Pick your poison of what you would want to cut out. But at least it gives you all the torque specs to put it back together.
