Have a 2005 Tundra with 77K on it. It was in storage for the past 5 years and I recently got it out to start driving it again.

Read a few posts from @shifty` and some other people and had some maintenance done to it.

Timing belt kit, new fluids/filters, new tires and added some seafoam to the gas. I plan to inspect the LBJ soon.

One thing I have noticed when at higher speeds, around 70/80 mph, it seems like the truck is struggling if that makes any sense.

For example, I was on the highway the other day and needed to get around some semi trucks. I was going 60 and needed to get up to 75-80 to pass. The truck just never really kicked into gear and seemed like it was have a hard time to pass. Maybe I didnt press on the gas hard enough but was curious everyones thoughts. The torque and response in lower gears is great.

Is this an issue on the 1st gens? Maybe something else is wrong with the truck given the age and milage.
