Trying to install my Bak Revolver X4s and I need to take off the side rails in the bed. Annoyingly one of the screws was torqued insanely too much and I completely stripped the screw head. Now I can't get off the driver's side rail. Trying to figure out how I can get it off, my grinding wheel on my Dremel doesn't fully reach it (1.5" wheel) when holding the Dremel at 90 degrees when I try to make a slit and use a flathead.

Anyone have ideas, since I need to get this cover on by Monday.

Can you grab the head of it with some needle nose vice grips?
