Stock Alarm Issue

I have a 2016 Tundra SR5. My stock alarm will go off at random times with no pattern. This only happens when I lock the truck using key fob or locking it from inside door lock button. Does anyone know if I take it to my dealership and have them disable the alarm using techstream if this will fix the problem? I have just been leaving the truck unlocked but want to be able to lock it. Also if alarm is disabled, can i get a aftermarket alarm or does it need the stock alarm activated to work?

 

I forgot to mention i have cleaned the battery cables and unhooked battery, also taking to dealer twice but it never goes off when there, so im just thinking i just need to disable and be done with it hopefully.

 

Same problem. I actually disassembled the dash system to install a Ram accessory mounting plate. After reconnecting the power ports the alarm activates approximately every half hour. I can't stop it.
