Just replaced my steering rack bushings. apparently, I Didn't get my steering shaft realigned perfectly. Seems to maybe be off by 1 tooth. I have taken the shaft back off 3 times now and cant seem to get it perfect ( i am either off one way or the other) . Steering wheel is slightly off center now. Kind of a pain to keep jacking the truck up, and pulling the wheel , and removing shaft and trying to re-align.

Can i just leave it and have it corrected with the front end alignment?

When I changed the whole rack in my first gen, the wheel was off center by a lot, I drove it to get a alignment ( Which felt weird because of how far the wheel was off ) After the alignment the wheel was back to normal.

Thanks - kind of what I was hoping - wish I wouldn’t have wasted the time trying to fix it
