My horn recently stopped working when I press on steering wheel. I checked fuse and it’s fine. Even replaced just to be sure. Both horns work. They honk when I lock and unlock the truck. It’s only when I press on steering wheel there is no sound. All help on next trouble shooting or if anyone already knows what the problem might be would be very helpful before I take it to a mechanic.
    Thank you

Only time I've ever had a Toyota with a horn failure was due to a bad clock spring.

Sounds like these folks had the same symptoms.

They probably are clear on this in the replacement thread; but make sure you disconnect your battery and pump the brake pedal a time or two (thing people used to do on vehicles to clear any residual power; may not be needed anymore). You're working around the airbag, so don't want it going off.

When I bought my 2017 TRD pro, the horn didn’t work. I tested everything including the signal thru the clock spring. Pulled the air bag from the steering wheel as the horn button is behind it. There is a single black wire that attaches via a stake on connector and it was off. Put it back on and the horn worked. Had to crimp the connector as it was loose and wanted to slip off. Been working ever since.
