I removed & repaired the steering rack on my 2008 tundra and now i have lost all tech function of the steering wheel. No turn signals, no horn, no radio control, everything.
what should be my next step?

You probably overwinded your clockspring cable.
I think your next step would be to re-clock correctly your steering wheel with your column before to replace the clockspring cable and maybe some fuses that potentialy blows

What is the location of the fusebox that contains the fuses that control the steering wheel functions?
