Replacing my power steering rack on my 04 Tundra. Had a heck of a time getting the horizontal rack mounting bolt out. Turns out it’s bent slightly. Want to replace but can’t find an accurate part # or even a site that has a diagram I can trust.(no detailed info on the bolt) Need the bolt and flange nut. Any help is appreciated! Thanks

Thanks a lot for the diagram and specs but this diagram does not look like mine. The horizontal mount is in the middle of the rack not under the steering column mount as shown. Could be the same bolt though.

I bought a bushing replacement kit for my Gen 1 Tundra and got it all installed...sans a washer. The kit didn't have one.
I just bought a replacement using part #90201-16033. I'm ready to torque this down and move on. This job was several hours under the truck. At least I won't have to move the rack much. Lining up the horizontal bolt was hard. So was pressing out the old bushings. I cut some wood blocking and used a C-clamp after unsuccessfully trying to hammer it out. Progress finally started to happen.
I'll let you all know what happens in regards to the washer situation. Avoid the kit without the washer. I can't imagine any reason for not having it in there.
Thanks for having me on the site devoted to keeping the best truck made available so far running: the Tundra!
