hi there i got a recall letter apparently last year( found stuffed in kitchen drawer by my daughter!)

it's about a steering gear recall but said it affected 151 vehicles. im one of the unlucky few in that 151 i guess . called a local yota dealer and they're dicking me
around saying it's not a recall but an "advisory inspection "

now i've seen some videos talking. about the intermediate steering shaft ujoint seizing up... anyone know a video that shows how to access that so i can inspect it? it's like super difficult to steer my truck , it's to the point of no return to center ever ... hard as hell steering in both directions and once in a while i get lucky and it decides to work ok ... but parking lots and hard turns at intersections are super sketchy ... any tips?
