    Hello and thanks for reading.

I have a '24 Limited that when stopped or at low speeds, the steering column is making a noise when the wheel is turned. It's more than a click yet less than a clunk and it can be felt too.

I first noticed it when backing up a trailer because I was turning the wheel quickly left and right. I can replicate it by turning the wheel while the truck is in park.

It also goes away above 60 degrees F. The colder it is the louder it is which is probably why I didn't notice it when I bought it in August but did bring it in for evaluation over this last winter. It also doesn't always make the noise at the same point in the turning radius. Sometimes it's at the 12 o'clock position, other times elsewhere but 100% of the time making the sound.

My dealer has had it for numerous days to diagnose and repair. They started with a clock spring and now they just replaced the whole steering column. No luck, it's still happening.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? My dealer is trying their best but seem to be at a dead end and I'd love to point them in the right direction.

Thanks in advance for your help.
