I was looking for some steel rims to run snows on my 2017. I found some 2008 steel rims with sensors for sale but was wondering fit. I have seen some post stating that 2014 and up run a 110.5 hub where the earlier years run a 110 hub. If that’s the case they will not fit a 3rd gen tundra. Also I read that steel rim sensors are different than the alloy sensors so the truck would need to be reset each time for the specific sensor. Any help would be great.

The hubs are the same on all 07+. I think the hub bore specs are listed a couple points off depending on where you look.
As for the sensors, the sensors for steel wheels have a different angle than the alloy wheels. I know steel sensors won’t fit in the alloys but I believe the alloy sensors will fit in the steel wheels they just stick out and don’t hug the wheel like they should.
