SR prewired fog light?

2016 Toyota tundra sr

So I purchased a used Toyota tundra sr. It didn’t have fog lights installed so I ordered some online. I found fog light wires already in the truck. Stock wires. I plugged them in to the fog lights I ordered. Nothing. Weird thing is I have no switch inside the truck for fog lights? No option on the stalk for the headlights. So my question is. Do I just not use the prewired fog light wires and just use the wires that came with them and add a switch? I wanted to keep it looking stock if possible. It also has a relay for fog lights. Well it didn’t but I put one in. I used a test light. No power coming out of the prewired wires. Any help would be awesome. Thank you!
