    Hello all,

I'm about to make my third trip back to the dealer and hope to get some insight. I’ve been hearing this noise coming from the front of my engine (thinking it’s the fan clutch now). Trip one they replaced alternator, pulleys, tensioner, and serpentine belt. Trip two they replaced thermostat thinking the spring failed. Still hearing the exact same noise. Only occurs when engine is warm and at idle- about 10 mph
