Anyone have a squeaking issue with the dash in front of steering wheel? Sounds like the old styrofoam cooler squeak from family vacation road-trips as a kid.
I bought my ‘21 new and have put 52k+ plus miles on it. 99% highway and dirt road miles.
The squeak started right around the time my 3yr/36 was up. It always starts on the dirt road up to my property in the mountains and subsides once back on the asphalt. Since it won’t reproduce on city streets the dealership won’t or can’t do anything.
    Really annoying but not detrimental.

Mine does it too, but it sounds like it’s coming from the area of the HVAC controls. Sometimes I can push around on the dash and it stops for a second. Haven’t found the source yet.

    Too many, but not enough....
I get it too while offroad, I think it's just lots of plastic on plastic. Can't imagine you can do much about it.

I have a 2018 with 112k miles on it. For the last few years, mine does something similar on rough roads in the winter. I haven’t isolated it and drives me nuts.

Felt tape would be the only think I can think of.

Mine was like that. I sharted taking things apart and adding felt around the edges. I always thought the sounds were coming from the area you describe, but I never found anything there. What seemed to make a difference for me was adding the felt around the shift area, vent filter cover, and the plastic divider in the glove box. Those additions quited all the noise you describe.

Then I could focus on all the vibrating wiring harnesses!

Mine does this too on gravel road ( 2019 ) ; Dealer cant do anything about it ( not warranty for dash noise...)

i ended up shimming the dash pad with cardboard in a few places ; especially the area by the driver side ! Its mostly gone , but i will eventually remove the dash and 3m double side tape everything and every gape i can find...

The felt will be better than the 3M.

Mine started something similar this winter, when it’s warm inside it quits, but mine seems to be coming from the foam strip between dash and window near the vin area, but like I said when the cab warms it goes away so I haven’t dug into it too much yet.

There is a tsb for a dash squeak noise that actually comes from the windshield. On the passenger side there is a metal tab that’s used to locate the windshield when it’s installed and it comes in contact with the window. The fix is to just bend it away from the glass. The noise travels down the window and sounds like it’s coming from the dash. As a tech, I search hard for that noise before the tsb came out. I posted about it a couple of years ago and it should come up in a search under my user name.
