Spyder Taillight Install Issue

2016 Black Tundra Crewmax Limited TRD

Tint, tonneau, chrome to black

Hey guys, just installed these Spyder taillights this evening and now my turn signals won’t even turn on. I’ve checked fuses and all seem to be fine. I have led bulbs for the front and have installed resistors…do I need resistors for the back as well? Please advise.
