2008 Red Tundra

Side step bar

I went in for an oil change and they said I had a small leak at the "split seal gasket". First, what and where is this located? Second, what would an estimate be to get this replaced? Lastly, is this something a home mechanic can do or does it need to be at the dealership? Thanks for any responses.
