Getting ready to wire up the SP9100 and would like to get some feedback on the wiring schematic, any help would be appreciated.

According to the switch-pros manual: No Fuse Blocks or relays are needed for the output wires, unless you're connecting something that will exceed 85% of the circuit capacity. That would mean that the safety factor would be 29amps for a 35amp circuit and 17amp for 20amp circuit. Is this correct?

So for light bars, fog lights, spot lights, I should be good without a fuse or relay as long as I take the safety factor in consideration? Wiring the Blue sea to the Circuit break then battery would, welding cable sized appropriately work? Anything else I should be aware of?

I’m not 100% educated with electrical but yes for those lights your are good with no relays. That’s the beauty of the switchpro. A lot of people add blue sea distribution block to make the instal cleaner and easier to swap out lights or when trying to determine a problem.

Yeah you should be fine running lights and such directly off the SP9100. Like you mentioned just follow what the manual says and you'll be fine .. after all that 150W light bar is less than 12 amps @ 12-13v DC. If you need to exceed the amp capacity of one of their outputs you just use an appropriate sized relay and use the SP9100 output wire as the 12v+ trigger for the relay then wire the relay directly back to the battery. I do this for my onboard air compressor and it works just fine.

For the blue sea fuse box wiring first i'd figure out what you think your max amp draw might be for all circuits off that box then use the blue-sea wire gauge chart to figure out what wiring to use based on total max amps & distance of the cable run. I like to go up a size when possible just to give myself a little wiggle room and peace of mind (IE chart says 12g cable is fine then I'll run 10g instead and so on).

The wire gauge chart is here ... http://assets.bluesea.com/files/resources/newsletter/images/DC_wire_selection_chartlg.jpg

Finally got around to setting up the main components in the engine bay. I welded together a bracket based off of ZPMAN Fuse Box Bracket. Over killed on the wires connecting the Blue sea components, used 1 AWG welding wire. Planning tomorrow to connect lights and run the wires inside the cabin.

Has anyone spliced the wires on the inside fuse panel for the ignition and interior wire of the SP9100?

That’s a bad ass idea with wing nuts for easy removal Incase you need to get to the fuse box. Do you have pictures of how it’s being held to the truck? Mounting points

Set up looks great under the hood. I ended up running my blue power wire under driver's seat into center console. I tapped into 12v power for charging with positaps. If you forget to turn off lights, they automatically shut off when engine is shut off.

Was able to finish this weekend with the wiring. Ended up tapping the white wire (Lights) with the interior Tail Lamp Fuse, and the Blue IGN wire with the Interior Cig Fuse. Mounted the Pad on the bottom of the left A/C Vent on the driver side. Will try to have a right up by the end of this week.
