Sony XAV-9500ES Head Unit / '18 Tundra

Question, with this head unit and maestro, can you access and change the truck's settings. Example, auto lights sensitivity, metric or imperial measurement units, light settings, service settings etc. ?

 

Not likely. When I looked at head unit replacements there weren't any on the market that preserved those menu options.

You can use something like Carista to change settings if your new head unit doesn't give those options but not sure it gives all the options:

No. I have this unit, love it. 2021 limited I have access to many settings through the steering wheel controls but I definitely lost some adding the Sony.

 

I installed the unit from Trail Grid - I can say so, all functions do work on the 9500es. Still in testing mode but so far so good.
