1st. Sometimes when I try to keyless unlock the truck none of the locks open. I have to use the key on drivers side then physically unlock all the remaining doors. Once I do this the FOB works fine. This seems to be random and often months apart.
2nd. I noticed a second delayed beep when locking the truck. After pushing the FOB, the doors lock and beep then a second or 2 later I hear another beep as I am turning away. I don't remember this second beep.

Try changing the battery in your key fob.

I'd disconnect your neg battery terminal for 10-15 minutes and allow everything in the truck to reset (kinda like doing a hard reset on a computer)....

If that doesn't work see about re-pairing the fobs to the vehicle.
