    I'm sure most of you have figured this out by now, but it took me over a month o_O. When I would play music via carplay from my phone, i noticed it was noticeably quieter than the radio and I would have to nearly max out the volume to get any reasonable level of volume to listen too. If like me, you were having trouble with this, go into your settings and under music, switch "soundcheck" to the "OFF" position and you will notice a massive increase in volume. Hope this helps.

    Not sure if android has this setting or not, but definitely worth a look in your settings if youre experiencing low volume music from AndroidAuto.
