    Great deal for that set. I have the same ones, they are rock solid with no vibrating at all and they use the factory hood hinge hardware to mount.

    I cant comment on the vibration, as I never installed them. However, when I was doing research, I bought these particular ones as other had said they were rock solid.

    As far as I know, there is not any hardware for the brackets. They mount with the factory hood bolts, and then whichever lights you mount come with their own hardware.
