    Dealer called and says there’s a recall on my PRO for software update. Would like to know why but dealer wasn’t very knowledgeable about details. Can you look up details somewhere by VIN?

    Any formal recall should also have basic info listed about the recall in your Toyota app. It'll show as a notification and an alert when you open the app down in the "Health & Alerts" section.
