Damn that's a lot! Well @AMarsh it's a no brainer just order the bumper. You won't be disappointed. :spending:

Awesome thanks guys! Definitely a no brainer, just need to talk to my usual shop to see if they'll powdercoat, chop the body, and install it. Welding is outside of my DiY scope :D Unfortunately I recently moved even further away from Travis or I'd have him do it.

I cut it up myself. Never done something like that before. Just take your time and measure 3 times.

This. No welding involved, just a cutoff wheel and some brass balls.

Ah, didn't realize it bolted on, thought it was welded. How about the powdercoat? @STravis , can you ship it coated or is that for local installs only?

Not sure if I have brass balls big enough to trust myself a the straight line. :D

Anyone here have the back-up sensors? Anything that needs to be done with them other then put them into the new bumper?

Just stick the sensors in the holes. It’s way harder getting them out of the OEM bumper than putting them in the new one.

Nope, just bolted on with the factory bolts. We only powdercoat local stuff so it doesn't get beat up in transit. We've had some stuff show up missing the pallet in the past.
The cutting is easy, we send some instructions with measurements and it's a pretty straightforward process.

You do lose the RCTA/blind spot sensors, but it does retain the parking sensors.

I sprayed mine with bed liner. Way easier to touch up. As for the sensors, I just removed them. Saved like 1/2 lbs and the truck takes off much quicker.
