I purchased a new Snugtop Rebel, and had it installed just the other day. After I got home I was checking stuff out, and noticed a couple things that didn't really catch my eye before leaving. There seems to be a little issue with the corner seal that sits atop the taligate. The left side is wonky and gets all smashed in weird, and the adhesive is defective. The right side is all good like it should be. Also the rubber inner trim/gasket around the window is not flush in some spots and it won't stay if I try and push it in. It kinda bums me out a little, I tend expect a certain level of workmanship for these things. Maybe it's my OCD. Maybe I'm just getting old and bitchy. Either way, I'm going to contact the dealer and see what can be done. Has anyone had these issues and get them fixed?

I just ordered mine a last week. For what these damn things cost, you are definitely not out of line expecting them to be perfect. Hopefully your installer will fix it.

@Tundra Fan agreed it should be damn near perfect. Even noticed a couple paint flaws. Maybe they are rushing the orders and trying to push out toppers too quick, I know they are backed up at least 4 weeks. Still that is no excuse.
