2019 Tundra CrewMax Platinum

I want to put a cap on a Crewmax and have access to the bed and seen Snugtop offers a flip up front window thats on gas struts that can be opened from the inside of the cab. This seems like a much better design that a fold down window like Leer and A.R.E but it seems you can't get a Snugtop unless your on the west coast, is this accurate?
