Small hole in my Rugged Cover bed cover, how to fix,

    I purchased this 2017 Tundra with the cover and the cover has 2 small holes close to the back of the window, they are about 1/4” big, can anyone recommend any type of fix for this at all? I thought about some type of JB Weld or something like that but would love some recommendations.

    It looks to me like the screws that hold down the cover atually went thru the top of the cover. These pics aren’t very good but here is one.
