I have a 2015 Sequoia that on the initial cold start it is very slow to start. Battery is fine, starter is working fine. any suggestions?? Almost like the fuel pressure is low?..

Have it tested just to make sure. Advance autoparts can do a full battery analysis for free.

I just went through the same problem and the fix was "re-learn the fuel to alcohol mixture" Dealer blamed it on bad fuel although it never ran bad. It got progessively worse as the weather got colder. One morning it took 3 attempts to start. Starter turned over fine, would shudder on start up until it seemed to get fuel. I thought bad fuel pressure switch but they checked that and was not loosing fuel pressure. They did check the cranking amps on battery and they were low, 2018 battery, but never was slow on cranking. Replaced battery before continuing with tests.

Good luck, this is not by the way covered under an extended warranty.
