Has anyone seen cross bars that can be set inside the bed rail holes and a ski rack mounted to it?
I have a roll up cover over my bed and would prefer to have the skis on a rack to save some room in the bed for luggage.
Looking for an upcoming trip in February

Not sure if you mean inside the bed, or over the bed. If you mean over the bed, there are a few threads on this...
Run flat roof rack/camper tracks down the bed rails, and then install cross bars of your choice. Not expensive, very convenient working height and can be removed or installed in a few seconds.
