Silver Sky Metallic , grill surround and bulge ?

2016 limited, gonna change out the grill , and at the same time get rid of the limited chrome grill , the chrome surround and chrome bulge.

I am not too familar with all the different trim models, but were there trucks made with silver sky metallic hood bulge and grill surround?

I'd love to use factory take off parts already in the color I need ,
but I am reading I may have to have these parts painted because they dont exist??

I had to paint mine. I painted my end caps, hood bulge, and painted the new grill surround to match.

 

What paint did you use? about to do this too.

 

I actually was sort of lucky. I backed into someone in my driveway and had to get the fender fixed. So while it was in there he stripped the caps and bulge and repainted to color match and I ordered a grill and he color matched that as well. I think he charged me around 600 for the extra stuff. not real sure exactly what brand he used.

 

The 14-17 platinum grille is available with matching surround.

Just installed mine this past weekend.
