You would need to check your trucks wiring harness to see if it's wired for the mirror signals.

I have an SR5 also. I added aftermarket tow mirrors that have signals and it worked plug and play. The wiring is there, but not sure if just adding the glass would "activate" it. Maybe contact 1aauto to see what they say.

The harness the plugs in to the side mirror is pre-wired for turn signals but from the harness (mirror side) to the mirrors themselves are not. You will need to run wires to make the turn signals work. Basically, run wires to position 5 and 6 from the harness to the mirrors LED turn signals.

Here's a pic with the PIN location on the harness (sorry for the inverted numbers).

should be similar to the rest of them.

Easy to wire, simple, and they are really bright. nice product, esp for those of us who do mostly highway driving. like the instructions say, on the passenger side tap the pink wire and i used the white with black wire next to the pink one (last wire).

With the mirror out is a good opportunity to install puddle lights

    Perfect. Thanks everyone!
I overly worry about small cars in my blind spot and surprising people when changing lanes. I think these will help a bunch since the front signals cant really be seen from the sides.

I will add to what Coronaza says above, using cheap mirrors may also drive you crazy. they may shake. I had aftermarket mirrors on a Tacoma and swapped them out to the Toyota ones later after they drove me nuts.

The nice thing about Muth is you are swapping out only the glass
