    Is there a way to not have anything show up on the HUD? Or maybe just the "Tundra" in the background?

    On the steering wheel hit DISP button til nothing shows thats how mine works on a 2014

    That's how my '14 4Runner was as well, doesn't work on my '17 Tundra.

    No worries, thanks for the reply. Did flip through the manual but didn't see anything about shutting it off completely.

    My '17 just cycles through different pages. I wish I could turn it off, but leaving it on distance to empty is alright.

    Agree with this. I do not want to see my MPG's, DTE, or trailer brake info. You would think there would be more options with something as simple as a HUD

    well since they couldn't get the ergonomics right it'd be helpful to have speed on the display.
