    Bilstein 6112 & 5160, Katskinz, audio upgrades
    Looking to go 3 way in my first gen. Likely going to bore out the stock (upper door) tweeter hole to fit a 3.5 inch mid. Looking for ideas on where to go with my tweet. It is a rather deep tweet with a mounting depth of 3.0 cm so a bit over an inch.

    Maybe a pillar gauge mounts might work too.

    Have you ever looked behind the molding on your pillars? There's not a lot of unused area there.

    Hence, the mids will go where the current tweeters are and there is at least 30mm of depth there as my tweets are deep. I am looking for some mount, like a guage mount, or something for the sails to hold the tweets.
