    Forum,

Thank you all for the information on so many things Tundra that has been posted. What an invaluable place for information this has been. I realize my topic title has been discussed in the past, but even a few years can change things about any discussion. So, I'm looking for some current affairs advice.

I have purchased a new TRD Pro Solar Octane in Texas and live in California. This is an added horse to my stable of an already Lunar Rock! I know, California has its criticisms and jokes, I agree with a lot of them, but it's where I live. Is there any helpful advice about shipping this new gem? I'm aware of the broker vs individual company discussion, but all I'm looking for is good data to point me in the right direction of a reputable option. I specifically feel more comfortable with enclosed shipping options, so that my new truck doesn't get harmed.

I've thought about driving it back, but I have less time than I would like for the timing of trip, I don't want rocks or road sand to harm it on the way out, and I don't want the damn cats stolen when I have to sleep overnight at some janky spot before I can shield them properly at home. So, any thoughts anyone has with first or secondhand knowledge would be very much appreciated.

    Gracias!
