Had toytec shackles installed when I had the shop doing bilstene 6112’s etc. and they didn’t replace the factory shackle/leaf bushing like I wanted them to do.

Question- What’s the impact of not doing the lower bushing with the toytec shackles? Is it fit, ride quality, etc?

2"CB shackles, bushings and 1 shim, lockerdown console vault, rear folding seat back mod, snugtop shell with opening side windows, 46g fuel tank, SDHQ sliders and hidden winch, Decked Drawers, Alcan leaf springs and got rid of the interior chrome
Ride quality would be improved with the bushings

OEM bushings can sometimes bind, thats why they recommend replacing them. Fitment should be fine, ride quality might suffer a bit. If they didnt do like you asked it might be worth it to make a trip back, but otherwise it should be fine.
