What do you think about these services? Today I went to the dealership for an oil change and they told me that I have to do these services. My truck is a 2023 Capstone with 36,011 miles.

Follow whatever is in the owners manual; esp to preserve your warranty so they cannot say since you declined ABC, warranty on item ABC is not valid.

Small world. My 4Runner and my wife’s RAV4 are from there. ToM’s service department has gotten excessive IMO. Their parts department is generally overpriced as well.

Good to deal with for sales though in my experience. Way better than Team.

Do not pay them for the hybrid cooling fan service. I live in Phx, which is dusty as hell, and I did the service myself at 11K miles a few weeks ago. You take the little foam filters out on each side of the removal panel at the base of the back seat and either blow the filter out or vacuum it to clean it. My filters had almost nothing in them. So those folks charging $165 for a literal 2 minute job is a scam.

Brake fluid is supposed to be changed every 2-3 years, depending on what manufacturer you ask. Seems a little early to me to perform that service on a 2023.

4 wheel drive service I would do. I tow some and off road some, so I plan on changing all my fluids at 30K miles, including the transmission. I also live in very hot, dusty environment. Fluid changes are much cheaper than a transmission, transfer case, or gears. IMO.

Would running cool water over them and then let drip dry before reinstalling work ?

You can buy new filters from the dealer, should be around $20-$25

I guess you could if yours was really dirty, but when I did mine, there was no point to introduce water to the party. It literally took me 20 seconds with my compressor to blow it out because I was being thorough. 10 seconds to blow the air back through the way it comes in and then 10 more seconds to blow it out from all sides to ensure it's all out. Just make sure that filter is completely dry before reinstalling and running your truck. I would not want to chance water getting into that space and causing corrosion or other issues.

If yours are really dirty, like mentioned above, you can also buy new filters pretty cheap. They are just small rectangles of porous foam, not much to them. 2 minute job to replace. Anybody paying a dealer for that, especially for that price, is insane or lazy.

Do the oil changes yourself (keep oil receipts ) ((seems really early for xfer and diff oil changes unless in 4WD often and towing)) Early for brake fluid too but again easy to do yourself. ((If you used CRAWL control or Hill Decent A LOT I could see this needed)). Gotta check my books schedules.

I did my F/R differential and transfer case at 30k, very glad I did. Lots of metal on the magnet for break in. I'll be doing it again at 60k. Doing it yourself will cost you a lot less. Very easy PM.
