I have 40k miles now and my next oil change due at 45k. So far I just did regular oil change and I didn’t do any front or rear differential fluid change because I don’t tow anything and barely use 4x4. What other oil changes would you recommend at 45k miles besides front and rear differential fluid? Or that’s all I need to do?

I wouldn't recommend anything else. Engine oil and go.

That would be it unless you have been towing heavy, then I would add a trans drain and fill and probably do xfer case at same time.

If you are a “change the fluids early” person like me, I’d do both diffs and the transfer case. Otherwise I wouldn’t worry about it until 60k.

Brake fluid is something else to consider. Seems like every 3 years is the normal cycle (independent of miles).

I’m an over-maintainer, so I like doing Trans D&Fs every 30k. If you haven’t done one yet, I would, but that’s just me.
60k is my big one. Trans, diffs, TCase, power steering, and brake fluids all get changed. Brake fluid I do every 2 years after 60 regardless of mileage due to its hygroscopic nature.
