    Hello,

Does anyone work on/own a Sequoia?

On my 2008 platinum It seems that the switch that indicates if the hatch is open or closed is in the latch. Can any one confirm this?

I don't get any indication on the dashboard when the hatch is open, and the interior lights dont light up.

Also the power fold buttons in the cargo area and power hatch dont function.

I also noticed that the buttons to fold the third row that are located In the passenger area only function when the side back door is open, so I think the same may be true for the buttons in the cargo area. My current theory is that once I get the rear hatch indication switch working the rest will be functioning again.

This seems to be a somewhat common problem but I haven't found a solution online yet.

    Thanks for any help!
