Sequoia rear door on crewmax?

a few weeks ago my son and i met up with a great group of guys here oklahoma, group is called Oklahoma Trailchasers, lots of crawling and slow paced stuff which is great, I let my 13 year old son drive most of the trails. Since my rig was giant compared to the jeeps, fjs and other built rigs, there were some really tight squeezes, one of them the rear passenger door got sideswiped on a tree.
I'm having a hard time finding a crewmax door (does anyone have one? extra points if its charcoal!) but I am finding sequoia doors...
Does anyone know if they are interchangeable?

The Sequoia rear doors have a cutout for the back tire.
