Just bought a first gen sequoia, AND LOVE IT… hate the gas mileage though, it’s a 4.7 2wd and just wondered if anyone’s had any luck with those new “piggy back” tuners? I don’t care about more power really, just want the mpg benefits.

All I've read on it is "gimmick for most users, requires too much nerfing your truck down to be functional". Be happy yours isn't 4WD, you definitely don't want my mpg.
